Case study · E-commerce + B2B

Lorpen.

The full digital ecosystem for a Pyrenees technical-sock & thermal-wear brand — public multilingual site, online store, B2B portal for shops and distributors, and an admin panel. All running without an ERP, fed live from Google Sheets.

What it is

One brand, two storefronts.

A public site and B2C shop for customers, plus a private B2B portal where shops and distributors order at their own net prices — all powered by a custom admin and a live catalog pipeline that syncs ~100 products straight from a spreadsheet. No ERP, no friction.

What we built

Public, private & everything between.

Corporate site + B2C
Video hero, brand storytelling, product catalog with multi-colour galleries and per-product tech diagrams, and B2C invoicing.
B2B portal
Magic-link login with roles, net prices per client, replenishment & campaign pre-orders, tiered discounts and downloadable assets.
Admin panel
Products, clients, agents, orders, seasons, discounts and reports — plus a visual editor for the public site, no deploy needed.
Catalog pipeline
One-click sync of ~100 products from Google Sheets: prices per channel and season, stock by size/colour, fibres and tech.
World store map
~590 points of sale geocoded with Mapbox, with address normalization, dedup and a live counter.
SEO migration
Moved off WordPress with zero ranking loss: 301s, structured data, multilingual (es/en/de/fr/it…) and GA4.
